As a leading enterprise in the field of domestic lifting and transportation machinery, this state-owned enterprise has extremely strict requirements for the accuracy and safety of steel plate lifting equipment: it needs to achieve precise lifting of steel plates with a length of 4.5-20 meters, a width of 1.3-4.2 meters, and a thickness of 6-95 millimeters, especially in extreme working conditions with significant differences in length to thickness ratios. Traditional electromagnetic lifting equipment is prone to multi-layer adsorption due to uneven magnetic distribution, while permanent magnet lifting equipment is difficult to flexibly adjust the magnetic strength, and the industry has long faced the technical bottleneck of "large and difficult to refine".
